Who I am and what I offer
I am a psychotherapist dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services for individuals and couples in Leamington Spa and the wider Warwickshire area, including Warwick and Kenilworth. My approach is rooted in empathy, professionalism and the belief that effective therapy fosters healing and personal growth.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can bring whatever feels heavy, confusing, or uncertain in your life. My way of working is person-centred, which simply means that I see you as the expert on your own experience. My role isn’t to give advice or tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you — to really listen, understand and help you connect with the parts of yourself that already know what you need.
I’m also interested in how our bodies carry and express what we’ve been through. Sometimes our minds are saying one thing, but our bodies tell a different story. Bringing gentle awareness to sensations, breath, and posture — what’s often called somatic work — can help us understand emotions and patterns that words can’t always reach.
Another influence in my work is Internal Family Systems (IFS). It’s based on the idea that we all have different “parts” inside us — like the anxious part, the part that wants to please others, or the part that just wants to hide. When we get to know these parts with curiosity and care, we often discover they’ve been trying to protect us, even if their ways don’t always serve us anymore. Learning to listen to them can bring a surprising sense of relief and wholeness.

What to expect
Therapy with me is a collaborative process — there’s no expectation for you to show up in any particular way or to have the right words. We start from wherever you are. Some sessions might be full of talking and reflection; others might be quieter, giving space to notice what’s happening inside or between us.
I work both online and in person — I have comfortable therapy rooms in central Leamington Spa, where we can meet face to face and I also offer sessions over video call if that feels more convenient or comfortable for you.
Sessions usually last 50 minutes and we’ll meet at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no set number you need to commit to — some people come for a few weeks around a particular issue, others for longer-term exploration.
From time to time, if we both feel it could be helpful, I might share short readings, reflections, or psychoeducational resources between sessions — gentle ways to support your understanding and integration of what we talk about.
We may also bring the body into our work, noticing sensations or movement that arise and occasionally use visual or creative ways of exploring your experience — things like mapping emotions, using imagery, or visual metaphors. These are always invitations, never requirements; everything we do is a choice we make together.
Above all, my intention is to create a space that feels safe, attuned and open — a place where you can explore at your own pace, in your own way.

Can I help you?
I work with many kinds of issues, but I’m especially drawn to exploring relationships — between couples, within families and with ourselves. I also support people navigating anxiety, trauma and times of transition.
A special area of interest for me is working with women who feel unsure about identity, purpose or direction — those in the in-between spaces, wondering who they are becoming.
However our work unfolds, my intention is always the same: to offer a space where you can feel seen and supported as you find your own way forward.
